We hope this message finds you well! We wanted to remind you about our next support group meeting, which will be held on Wednesday, September 25th at 1:30 p.m. at Life Fit Wellness Center.
We are thrilled to have a very special guest speaker joining us: Nicole Cool, representing both the Parkinson’s Foundation and the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC), which is recognized as one of the Foundation’s Centers of Excellence (COE). Nicole is the Clinical Programs Coordinator for the Movement Disorders program at MUSC. She is also an Ambassador of the Foundation.
Nicole will speak about the mission of the Parkinson’s Foundation and how it is dedicated to helping individuals with Parkinson’s disease and their families live the best life possible. She will also share insights on the benefits of having a Center of Excellence like MUSC so close to us and how it can positively impact the care and resources available to those with Parkinson’s.
This is an important meeting, and we encourage all of you to attend. It will be a great opportunity to learn more about the resources and support the Parkinson’s Foundation provides and how we can benefit from them.
